The photos and measurements we start from
Our inspectors take the photos with a color reference card in the frame and measure each piece at the points on its size chart. We match the color to the card and generate the garment on the model at those measurements. Its length and proportions follow the real piece. Before an image reaches your dashboard, we check its print position and logo against the photos.
You can send photos you've taken instead of ours, even for a garment we didn't make. Shoot the front, the back and any print or label in daylight against a plain wall, at 3,000 px or more on the long side. Put a photographer's gray card in one shot for the color, and send the garment's measurements from its size chart. Prices and delivery times are the same as for inspection photos.
Creative images on a generated model

- Shots run full length or waist up. For a print or a trim, order a close-up.
Before you approve an image, we change its model, pose or setting once at no charge. We bill a change after that as a new $9 image.
Every Creative image of a garment comes from the same set of photos and shows the print in the same place. One model can wear every product in your range.
An outerwear brand with 8 colorways a season has Creative images of each new colorway within 3 business days of the sample round. It no longer books studio shoots and spends 64% less on photography than before.
Basic images of the garment alone
For a Basic image, you choose the background color and whether the garment is laid flat or shown on an invisible mannequin. We take out the hanger and the fold creases.
On Amazon, main images need pure white (RGB 255, 255, 255) behind the garment, and the garment has to fill at least 85% of the frame. We make white images to that standard.

For zoom, Amazon needs 1,000 px on the long side. Our JPGs start at 1,920 px.
Video clips with your logo and captions
We generate 15- to 30-second clips of the garment on a model you choose or on a turntable. The clip shows your logo and up to 3 lines of caption in any language you write them in. We need the logo as an SVG file or a PNG with a transparent background.
You can post the images and clips on any platform and run them in paid ads for as long as you like. Because the people in them are generated, no model releases or usage fees apply. You can use the music track in a clip wherever its stock library's license allows.
Under New York General Business Law § 396-b, in force since June 9, 2026, ads that can reach New York must say conspicuously that the performer is AI-generated. TikTok asks for its AI-generated label on posts that show realistic generated people or settings. Business accounts there pick sounds in the app from the Commercial Music Library. We deliver clips for those accounts without music.
The Launch Kit for each style
The kit contains 5 Basic images with a plain background, 1 Creative image and a 10-second vertical video that ends on your logo. When you place the clothing order, you choose which of the garment's colors the kit shows and the model, pose and setting for its Creative image and video.
The Basic images reach your dashboard on the 2nd business day after inspection, the Creative image on the 3rd and the video on the 4th. Custom (Made to Order) orders sent by air freight arrive after the whole kit. Ready-made (Stock Match) orders and Custom orders under 45 kg travel by express and can arrive before the video.
Basic images of the style's other colors in the same order cost $4 each. The next order of the style gets a new kit. Its color can differ from the first kit's.

Google Merchant Center requires AI-generated product images to keep the IPTC tag DigitalSourceType: TrainedAlgorithmicMedia, and our image files arrive with it.
You see each image in the dashboard next to the photo it came from and approve it there before downloading. If an image doesn't match the photos it was made from, mark it in the 14 days after delivery. We remake it in 2 business days at no charge.
You add more images on the order's page in your dashboard by picking the photos and the type. Payment is by card or PayPal and separate from your clothing order. We start when it clears.
