You can upload up to six files. Screenshots, phone photos, short videos, sketches and tech packs all work. You don't need a registered company to ask.
Add these if you have them:
- your quantity, split by color and size
- the country the goods ship to
- anything that must stay exactly as it is, such as a fabric weight
- your target price per piece
- the date you need the goods
A photo alone is enough to start. We'll ask about the rest. To see your quote, sign up with an email address. No card is needed.
What your quote includes
- Ready-made
- The closest garment a factory already makes. We point out where it differs from your photo, for example a lighter fabric. You pay the factory price plus a sourcing fee of 5–12%.
- Custom
- A development fee of $80–450, depending on the garment, and a price per piece for your quantity. You'll see how many days sampling and production take.

You can buy one piece of the ready-made garment before ordering 50. It costs the factory price plus $15–60 for express shipping. We deduct the piece price from your 50-piece order.

11–18 days from payment to delivery in the US by express
The minimum is 50 pieces per style, spread over the colors and sizes available. Send your label, hang tag and packaging artwork with your order, as a vector file (AI, PDF or SVG) or a 300 dpi PNG. We send digital proofs within one or two business days. Woven labels take 5–7 days to make. We have them woven during sourcing, and they add no days.

The batch passes with no major defect and at most one minor. If it fails, we check every piece and fix or replace the faulty ones. |

Custom
Made to Order
31–48 days from deposit to delivery in the US by air, if you approve the first sample as it is. Each further round of changes adds 8–13 days
Custom orders need 50 pieces per color. Unless you ask otherwise, we buy the fabric and trims at the Zhongda fabric market in Guangzhou or the Keqiao textile market near Hangzhou. If you'd rather use fabric from your own mill, ship it to the factory. We then quote labor and trims only (CMT).

Approving the goods
Our inspectors photograph your finished pieces, with close-ups of the labels, prints and packing. The inspection photos appear in your dashboard. We ship only after you release the order there, and we fix anything you flag before that.
- Legal labels
- We make the fiber-content, care and country-of-origin labels to the rules of the country you sell in. They appear in the inspection photos next to your brand label.
- Your inspector
- Book any third-party inspection company at your cost. They check custom orders at the factory and ready-made orders at our relabeling site.
- After delivery
- Report faulty pieces, or pieces that don't match the ones you approved, within 14 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We remake them and pay the freight, or refund them if you prefer. Replacements ship within 7–15 days. You keep the faulty pieces unless we ask for them back.
- Launch Kit
- In AI Studio, our image service, we make a free Launch Kit from the inspection photos for every order: a ten-second video, a campaign image and five listing images. Further images cost from $4.
Shipping and duty
We ship worldwide, most often to the US, the UK, the EU, Australia and Canada. Your quote includes freight to your country.
- DDP
- We deliver to your door and pay the import duty when the goods clear customs. We put an estimate on the quote and later bill you the actual duty at cost. Since May 2025 the US has charged duty on every shipment from China, small express parcels included.
- FOB
- For sea freight booked by your forwarder. We clear the goods for export and load them onto the ship at Shenzhen (Yantian) or Guangzhou (Nansha). From there, you pay freight, insurance and import duty.

Express and air freight are charged on the actual weight or the volume weight, whichever is higher. Volume weight is length × width × height in centimeters, divided by 5,000 for express and 6,000 for air. Hoodies and coats are often charged by volume weight. Air freight has a 45 kg minimum, and a lighter Custom order goes by express.
Reorders
We save your order in your dashboard with its spec, size split and supplier. You reorder from there and can change the size split.
When a ready-made garment goes out of production, we quote the closest one still in production. Or we can make the original as a Custom order.
We make a Custom reorder from your saved pattern and sample if the same fabric and trims are still on sale. The fabric comes from a new dye batch and can differ slightly in shade. Before cutting, we compare it with the color you signed off.
If you reorder the same styles regularly, we can keep them with one factory and book their fabric in advance.
