Five brands we work with
-
29 → 14days per reorderDTC activewear brand
Its broker gave the sewing to two factories and renegotiated the lead time on every reorder of its compression pieces. The brand now reorders from us at a price 9% under the broker's and at the lead time agreed on its first order.
-
−71%returnsStreetwear label
Our inspectors check all of the label's 5,000-plus pieces a season against its approved sample, from the print colors to the stitching. Pieces that need rework go back to the production line before shipping. The label now gets 99.6% of its pieces without a fault.
-
−31%cost per suit, deliveredSwimwear start-up
It bought its swimsuits from a US reseller and couldn't see what they cost to make. We buy them straight from a swimwear factory we've vetted and itemize the factory's price and the add-ons on the quote. We sewed its woven labels into the first 150 suits at our relabeling site.
-
−64%photo cost per colorwayOuterwear brand
Studio shoots fit the budget for only a few of the eight colorways the brand launches a season. The rest went online with plain factory photos. Our inspectors photograph the jackets at the factory before they ship. In AI Studio we put the jackets from those photos on AI-generated models.
-
+45%margin per orderTikTok fashion creator
For the looks in her videos, we buy garments a factory already makes and sew in her label. We make her designs to her spec as Custom orders and hold the stock for all 60+ products. TikTok Shop orders ship from our warehouse in her mailer within 24 hours.
Garments we developed with customers
-

Off-white boxy zip hoodie
The customer sent a photo and no measurements. We worked out the boxy fit with them one measurement at a time.
-

Sand zip jacket with a layered print
We split the artwork into screens and distressed only the brown layers. The green script on top printed solid.
-

Raglan long sleeve in camouflage and white
The raglan sleeves left less white on the front. We sized the chest graphic to fit once the customer approved the chest width.
-

Mustard and black racing long sleeve
Its arm lettering and chest graphics came from two different designs by the customer. Both chest graphics printed from one screen.
-

Charcoal waffle-knit long sleeve
The dark lettering had to stay readable on a faded charcoal waffle. The customer approved the contrast on a test print, and the sample passed the first time.

A garment to your design
Send photos of the garment you have in mind. We quote the development fee and the price per piece at 50 pieces.
