Private label clothing from existing factory styles

Send a photo of a garment you'd like to sell, and our buyers track down the closest one in a Chinese factory's current production. We buy at least 50 pieces of that style at the factory's price and ship them under your label 8 to 12 days after payment.

Express delivery to a US address takes 3 to 6 days from dispatch.

Your labels and packaging

Ready-made (Stock Match) garments arrive at our relabeling site unchanged from the factory. Our team takes out the original neck label and sews in yours. We can sew it somewhere other than the neck once we've checked the seam at the spot you name in your quote request.

Labels for the US need your company name or the RN the FTC issued you, plus the fiber content and the country of origin. The country of origin has to be on a label at the center back of the neck, and the care instructions on a permanent label. For sales outside the US we follow the destination country's labeling rules.

We print hang tags from your artwork and pack the pieces in polybags, mailers or boxes with your logo. Screen prints, DTF prints and embroidery can be added to the garment itself.

Send the logo as an AI, PDF or SVG vector file, or as a PNG at 300 dpi. If you don't have label artwork yet, we lay out the neck label, care label and hang tag around your logo and send you digital proofs within two business days. We weave and print only after you approve the proofs. While the labels are woven over 5 to 7 days, our buyers source the garment.

The closest garment to your photo

Our buyers search 1688, the site where Chinese factories sell wholesale within China. They walk the Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hangzhou garment markets in person for styles not listed online.

On the quote we name the garment we found and list where it departs from your photo, in details such as sleeve length and fabric weight. Ordering a single piece first lets you see it in person. We bill the piece at factory price, adding $15 to $60 for express shipping, and credit its price against a 50-piece order of that style.

Your 50 pieces of a style can be split across any of its stock colors and sizes. One order can include as many styles as you like. For a color or size the factory doesn't make, order the style Custom (Made to Order), where sizes run from XXS to 6XL.

All 18 categories on our product list can be ordered Ready-made, including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, activewear, swimwear, loungewear and knitwear.

Inspection and Amazon prep

Before packing, we take a random sample of each style and inspect it to ISO 2859-1 at general level II. Major faults are judged at AQL 2.5, minor ones at AQL 4.0. Our team replaces any piece in the sample that fails. If you'd rather have all the pieces checked, full inspection is $0.18 per piece. A third-party inspector you hire and pay can look over the goods at our relabeling site.

Since January 1, 2026, Amazon no longer bags or labels units sent to its US fulfillment centers. Our team puts the FNSKU barcode from your Amazon listing on each unit and packs it in a polybag printed with a suffocation warning. The labeling and bagging are charged only on goods you send to Amazon.

With every style you order you receive a free Launch Kit built from our inspector's photos. The kit holds 5 Basic images against plain backgrounds, a Creative image showing a generated model wearing the garment and a vertical video 10 seconds long. The Basic images are in your dashboard by the second business day after inspection, so the listing can go up before the goods arrive.

Ready-made prices

Besides the garments at factory price, you pay our sourcing fee as a share of that amount and the per-piece branding you choose. The sourcing fee includes transport to our relabeling site and the sample inspection. We bill express shipping by weight and US duty at cost, and both are estimated on your quote.

Reorders of a style that sells

You can reorder a style from your dashboard while it stays in the factory's production. Reorders ship on the schedule of a first order and need 50 pieces per style. If the factory drops the style, our buyers search current production for the closest match. You see photos of it before you place the reorder.

For a new fit, fabric or color, have the style made Custom. Custom works in runs of 50 pieces per color. The style's development fee ranges from $80 for a T-shirt to $450 for a coat and is paid once. It includes pattern making, a first sample and two revision rounds. The Custom order appears in the same dashboard project as your Ready-made orders of the style, next to their inspection notes.
