A Ready-made (Stock Match) order starts at 50 pieces of a style. It takes 11–18 days from your payment to delivery at a US address.

    You get photos and a price for the closest garment we found. Anything that differs from your screenshot is marked on the photos. If the piece carries another brand's logo, we quote the same cut without it.

  2. 7–10 daysAfter you pay in full

    Our buyers place the order and get the garments to our relabeling site while your woven labels are being made.

  3. 1–2 daysLabels and inspection

    We sew in your labels and check a random sample of the batch. The order ships after you've seen the inspection photos on your dashboard and released it.

  4. 3–6 daysExpress to the US

    An express courier delivers the cartons to the US address you give us. We clear them through customs and pay the duty on the way.

Launch Kit and marketplace rules

Every style in an order comes with a free Launch Kit made from our inspection photos: five Basic images on a plain background, one Creative image on an AI-generated model and a ten-second vertical video. The Basic images take two business days from inspection and usually arrive before the parcel does. Extra Basic images are $4 each in AI Studio, Creative images $9 and video clips $35.

TikTok Shop

Each affiliate creator can request one sample of any product you've opened to samples. You pay for the piece and the postage on every request you approve. A creator can also buy a refundable sample. The money goes back to them only if their content reaches your sales target within 60 days. When you work out how many pieces to order, include the samples you expect to send.

The model in the Creative image and the video is computer-generated. TikTok requires its AI-generated content label on posts like these. Shoppable videos on TikTok Shop US have had to show real people filmed in a real place since May 23, 2026. The Launch Kit video goes in your regular feed without a product link.

Amazon
  • Amazon stopped prepping FBA units in its US store on January 1, 2026. We add the FNSKU barcodes and the polybag suffocation warnings before the cartons leave China. They come to your US address, and you send them on to an Amazon fulfillment center.
  • Brand Registry is open to brands with a registered or pending trademark. The brand name on the woven label or logo-printed polybag has to match that trademark exactly. Amazon won't accept hang tags, stickers or computer-generated images as proof. That rules out Launch Kit images but not our unedited inspection shots of the label.
  • Amazon requires a pure white background on a listing's main image, and we can make the Basic images that way.
Etsy

Etsy accepts new clothing only when the seller designed it. A production partner can make it for you if you name the partner in the listing. Ready-made garments don't qualify, even with your label sewn in. A Custom (Made to Order) style you designed yourself qualifies once you add us as its production partner.

Amazon FBA prep

We take label artwork as AI, PDF and SVG files, or as PNGs at 300 dpi. If all you have is a logo, we build the label and tag around it and send proofs within two business days. Labels, tags and printed packaging have a minimum run of 50 pieces per design.

Every garment sold in the US has to show the business responsible for it, by name or by FTC registration number (RN). We print whichever you give us on the care label.

Sourcing fee

We charge 12% when an order's supplier invoices add up to less than $5,000, 9% up to $20,000, 7% up to $50,000 and 5% above that. The fee covers getting the garments to our relabeling site and checking a sample before packing.

Express to the US

Express costs $12–18 per kg under 21 kg and $8–12 per kg from 21 kg up. Parcels reach you 3–6 days after they leave us.

Air freight

Air freight takes 6–10 days and is available for shipments of 45 kg or more. It costs $7–10 per kg up to 100 kg and $6–8 per kg above that.

Billable weight

We bill express and air freight on the volume weight when it's higher than the actual weight. That often happens with bulky pieces such as hoodies and coats.

Import duty

You pay US duty on every order. Small parcels from China lost their duty exemption on May 2, 2025. We clear each order on a formal entry as importer of record and pay the duty at the border. You'll see an estimate on your quote, and the exact amount is billed at cost after clearance.

Customs fees

The customs broker and bond cost $225–400 per entry, and CBP charges a processing fee of at least $34.58. We bill both at cost.

Restocks and Custom versions

We keep every order on file with its supplier and size split. A reorder arrives on the first order's schedule as long as the factory still makes the garment. When a style goes out of production, you get photos of the closest replacement our buyers can find and decide whether to reorder that instead.

To keep selling a best-seller after the trend passes, change its fit, fabric, color or details and order it as a Custom style. We draw a new pattern from your changes. The design and the pattern are yours.

Minimum

50 pieces per color

Development

$80–150 for a T-shirt, $120–220 for a hoodie, up to $450 for a coat. The fee covers two rounds of sample changes, and each later round costs $30–80.

First order

31–48 days by air from deposit to delivery. That assumes you approve the first sample without changes. Changing the sample delays delivery by 8–13 days a round.

Reorders

A reorder needs no new sample and takes 21–30 days by air from the deposit.

Dyed fabric

If we dyed fabric for your color, the factory keeps what's left for six months and cuts any reorder in that color from it.
