Streetwear inspected piece by piece at the factory

Since our inspectors started checking all of a streetwear label's pieces at the factory, its returns have dropped 71%.

Registration of multicolor prints

Each color in a multicolor screen print goes through the press on a separate screen. Registration is how well those colors line up with each other.

Our inspector lays every printed piece next to the sample the label approved and checks the edges where two colors meet. When a color is out of place, the factory prints the design again on a new garment.

Stitches on the seams

Our inspectors count the stitches in an inch of the side seams and the hem and compare the number with the spec sheet. A seam sewn to the spec stays closed when the garment is pulled on. The factory unpicks and resews any seam that comes up short.

Reworked pieces are checked a second time before packing. The label doesn't pay for any of the rework. The first three production runs with these checks delivered 99.6% of the label's pieces without a fault.

Full inspection on your order

Custom orders, made to your pattern, include full inspection.

Ready-made orders use garments a factory already has in production, with your labels sewn in. We check a sample from these orders as standard. Ask for full inspection when the design has a multicolor screen print.
