Silhouettes

Jacket length comes first in our pattern work. When the jacket stops at the waist, we draft the pants with a high rise to meet it. Streetwear tracksuits go the other way: a long, boxy jacket over wide legs.

Club and company orders usually run on one unisex pattern. We narrow the shoulder and shorten the jacket for a women's collection. Patterns cover every size from XXS up to 6XL. Pieces in 4XL to 6XL are priced 15% higher.

Color across the set

Two lots dyed to the same Pantone number can still come out a shade apart, which on a one-color tracksuit shows at the waist. We cut all the jackets and pants of one color from a single dye lot.

Mill stock colors cost nothing extra. Any other shade is dyed to your Pantone number for $80–150 a color. The dye lot takes 5–7 days. Your next colorway is dyed as a new lot and needs the full minimum. On a color-blocked jacket, panels matched to your swatches are dyed in separate lots. Accent panels in mill stock colors skip that step.

The factory holds on to the fabric left from your lot for six months. When you reorder the color inside that window, we cut the new tracksuits from the leftover before dyeing more.

Trim choices

Velour looks richer with metal zippers in gold. We fit tricot and fleece jackets with nylon coil zippers. On a navy jacket, white zipper tape shows as a sharp line down the front. Long or oversized jackets need a two-way zipper that opens from the hem when you sit.

Logo zipper pulls need an $80–200 mold and a minimum order of 500–1,000 pulls from the trim supplier. They pay off on a style you plan to reorder. For a first run, plain metal pulls finished to match the teeth cost far less.

Side stripes can be a contrast panel set into the side seam or a tape stitched on top. Stock striped tape comes in many colors and widths for a run of any size. Tape with your brand name woven in takes a mill order of 500–3,000 meters. Waist drawcords can come in a contrast color that matches the stripe.

Logo placement

Most tracksuits have one small left-chest logo. Club and company orders often stop at that one. We embroider chest logos on velour, where a print would flatten the pile. The embroidery machine needs your artwork as a stitch file, which we make for a one-time $10–75. From then on you pay by the stitch, at $1–3 a thousand. Larger logos and solid fill raise the stitch count.

Bigger artwork goes on the back or down one leg. We screen-print flat artwork in a few ink colors. You pay $15–45 for the screen of every ink color. We then print at $0.50–1.20 on a piece for every color in every position. Photos and gradients print better as DTF (direct-to-film). DTF transfers up to 11.7 by 8.3 inches cost $1.50–3.50. Any branding design needs 50 pieces or more.

Sample development

Send a sketch, a tech pack, photos of a tracksuit you like or a sample to copy. We draft the jacket and pants patterns from what you send. The factory's sample room needs 7–12 days for the first sample, which we courier to you for a fitting before you approve anything.

You'll find the development fee for the style on your quote. It covers the patterns and that first sample. You can send the sample back for revisions twice without paying more. A third round is $30–80 and delays the tracksuits by 8–13 days.

Sets from factory stock

Ready-made (Stock Match) means your label goes into a tracksuit that's already running on a factory line in China. Our sourcing team looks for such styles on the wholesale site 1688 and in the Guangzhou garment markets, then sends you photos with factory prices.

The 50-tracksuit minimum for a style may be spread over stock colors and sizes however you like. To see one first, order a single tracksuit at the factory's price plus express shipping of $15–60. Its cost is credited against the full order. Ready-made orders travel by express and land within 11–18 days. When a style sells, you can switch it to Custom (Made to Order) and change the fit, fabric, color or trims. The sourcing fee we add drops from 12% of the factory bills on small orders to 5% once those bills pass $50,000.

Set pricing

We quote Custom tracksuits per set. Velour and heavyweight fleece cost more than tricot, as do jackets with contrast panels or a mesh lining, which take longer to sew. Logos are priced separately. At 300 sets a color, a set costs 8–17% less than at 50. Cotton fleece and stretch velour need a lab burn test before any US store can sell them. We book it under 16 CFR 1610 for $50–200 the first time you order that fabric.

In the US, knit polyester tracksuits pay 48.2% duty and cotton ones 34.9%. Woven nylon sets pay 36% when they enter as tracksuits, against 47.9–48.6% for the pants alone. To get the tracksuit rate, ship jackets and pants together in equal numbers and paired sizes. As of November 2026, Section 301 tariffs, the extra duty on many Chinese goods, make up 20 percentage points of these rates. Duty goes on the invoice at cost, apart from the goods.

Production and delivery

When the first sample set passes without changes, a first Custom order reaches you by air in 31–48 days.

  1. Sample set made7–12 days
  2. Sample couriered to you3–6 days
  3. Bulk production15–20 days
  4. Flight to the US6–10 days

A repeat order of a Custom style you've approved takes 21–30 days. Decoration adds time: DTF 3–5 days, embroidery 5–10 and screen printing 7–14.

Orders to US addresses ship duty-paid by express or air. Amazon sellers receive the tracksuits at their US address and send them on to FBA themselves. If you sell merch, we can store your stock at our Shenzhen warehouse and mail orders directly to your customers.

Outside the US, express delivery takes 4–7 days. Knit tracksuits from China pay 12% duty in the EU and Britain and 18% in Canada. Australia charges 5%. Under its trade agreement with China, the rate drops to zero once the shipment has a certificate of origin.

Send us a sketch of the tracksuit or front and back photos of one you like. You'll get prices for Ready-made and Custom within 24 hours.
